The mission of ELCSA Music Organisation (ELCSAMO) is to promote the use of music to the glory of God. This may be in organising church choirs or by facillitating music tuition to enable church members to use musical instruments in sunday services or other church gatherings. A special emphasis lies in uncovering the talent which can be found in abundance amongst church members – especially in the field of choral music, gospel and choruses. To further this aim, ELCSAMO organises choir competions on  various levels of the church as well as music talent shows, called “Music Explosion”.
